  3. Original Lien Release
  4. Bill of Sale [if necessary]
  5. Maryland Safety Inspection Certificate
  6. Insurance Information [Exact Company Name & Policy Number]
  7. If Placing a Lien on the New Title [Lien Holder Name & Full Address]
New Title, Transfer Tags & New Registration

  1. Maryland driver’s license/ID
