This form is provided by the MVA when applying for new tags, new registration stickers or to transfer license plates. Please bring the completed VR-008 Application for New Tags/Stickers with all other supporting documentation to Diversified Tag & Title Services and let us help you any way we can.
IMPORTANT: Not used for new transactions. Only used when all taxes and title fees have been paid and the title has already been transferred and tags are all you need.
