MVA FORM VR-129: TEMPORARY INSPECTION WAIVER

This form is provided by the MVA when applying to temporarily waive the required Maryland Safety Inspection of a newly purchased vehicle for 30-days. Please bring the completed VR-129 Temporary Inspection Waiver with all other supporting documentation to Diversified Tag & Title Services and let us help you any way we can.

IMPORTANT: The MVA issues only one 30-day temp tag with no extensions and no exceptions!
