Substitute Registration

Substitute registration may be requested when your vehicle’s registration is lost, stolen or damaged and you want to replace it.

Where One May Apply for a Substitute Tag/Sticker or Registration Card:

1. Authorized MVA Approved Tag & Title Service
2. Any Full Service/Express MVA Branch Office
3. Mail Your Supporting Documents to the MVA’s Mail-In Registration Unit in the Glen Burnie office
